At Camille Brinch Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Jewellery
Carefully place the jewellery in its original Camille Brinch box and secure it in a protective shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
