What materials are used in Camille Brinch Jewellery?
We use only high-quality materials, primarily 925 Sterling Silver and 18k Gold-Plated Sterling Silver. All our pieces are nickel-free and designed for longevity and daily wear.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days for international orders.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably in the provided Camille Brinch pouch or box.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
We provide a 2-year warranty on all jewellery items, covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or improper handling.
